How to Set up Pro Pay

Step 2: Click on the "Ordering" tab -> then "Login to Pro Pay"

Step 3: Hit "sign up now". A window will pull up and it will most likely want to charge your card $1. You will receive this back.

Step 4: Once you have signed up you will be able to process orders that your customers send you via your website. (Make sure to watch the video on how to fulfill a CDS order).

Q.)Where does my Pro Pay money go?
A.) Your Pro Pay money (aka your 50% discount) will go into your Pro Pay account where you can pull it out in 2-3 business days. You can login to Pro Pay via intouch or click this link here https://www.propay.com

Q.) Once I login into my Pro Pay then what?
A.) Once you are logged in, click the "transfer funds" tab (see picture below). You can choose to send your funds to your bank account, debit card. etc.

Q.) What is the "Total Balance" and what does it mean?
A.) That is the amount that you have received from orders placed on your website and that is the amount you can transfer to your bank account if you choose to do so.

Q.) What is the "limit remaining"?
A.) The limit remaining is how much money you are able to take into you pro pay account each month. It begins at $4,000 every month.

Q.) What is the quickest way for me to use my Pro Pay money to purchase products on intouch?
A.) Glad you asked! If you are placing a bulk order on intouch, you can choose to pay with your Pro Pay money when you get to the checkout portion of your order! Check out the photo below.
